At KLINIK BAVARIA Kreischa, patients with a variety of medical conditions are treated. The locations in Kreischa and Zscheckwitz combine the care of rehabilitation patients with the intensive medical treatment of critically ill patients in various specialized areas. The focus of our intensive care is on weaning patients off ventilators and treating accompanying and secondary complications, such as kidney failure requiring dialysis, wound healing disorders due to skin damage from prolonged bed rest, and care and treatment of patients with tracheostomy tubes and related injuries.

  • Patient care in basic and treatment nursing, with a focus on neurology, interdisciplinary intensive care, and orthopedics/spinal cord injuries
  • Our patients are mostly multimorbid and some are treated with dual organ replacement, providing diverse nursing tasks for you
  • Support in weaning patients off ventilators and tracheostomy tubes after structured training
  • Nursing documentation and care planning, and implementation of nursing diagnostic processes
  • Close collaboration with family members and caregivers
  • We value short communication channels and encourage participation in team meetings
  • Expansion of digitalization - close involvement of our employees in various projects
