We are looking for someone who has a very positive and happy personality, has restaurant experience and is detail oriented.

Some management experience is a plus, but we are looking for someone who is early in their management career who can learn and develop with us.

Your goal must be providing a great customer experience. The personal touch is what has made us so successful. You must be ta team player and enjoy working with others. Maintaining a positive work environment is key. You would need to be comfortable with technology. Hours are 8 shifts over 4-1/2 days. We offer health insurance and dental insurance as well as vacation pay.

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Ensure timeliness of food service
Take out: Making sure that all items are handed to the customer, that the order is correct and that it goes to the right customer.
Reservations and scheduling parties
Employee scheduling for 40 FOH employees
Some ordering of FOH products
You will be responsible for voids and comps.
Checking to make sure all side work is done by all at start and end of shift
Make sure the restaurant is clean. Safety is a priority
Help control labor costs by sending staff home when they are not needed I

- increase efficiency and productiveness of staff with great training protocols

Helping the staff and filling in all positions when needed including expo, running and take out
Closing the restaurant
Listen and respond to guests' feedback
Must learn entire menu, know ingredients and recognize every dish.
