Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a HR Data Entry Clerk. As an HR Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data into computerized systems. This is a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to file maintenance, data input, and record & time keeping
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Transcribe information from source documents into computerized systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis
- Assist with order entry and processing as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
