Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a HR Data Entry Clerk. As an HR Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data into computerized systems. This is a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring efficient operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to file maintenance, data input, and record & time keeping
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
  • Transcribe information from source documents into computerized systems
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries
  • Generate reports and assist with data analysis
  • Assist with order entry and processing as needed

Skills:


  • Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
