Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to determine the problems they're experiencing with their equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- Repair both minor and major issues to equipment in a timely manner
- Follow up on repairs with customers to ensure the issues are resolved
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with vendors and customers
- Maintain excellent, detailed records of all customer interactions and repairs
Qualifications
- Experience in IT, equipment maintenance, and technology desired
- Experience reading schematic diagrams desired
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
