Major Responsibilities:


  • Generate sales through both Company and employeesponsored outreach and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records utilizing established Gold's Gym sales systems.
  • Follow up on all prospects and conduct gym tours to showcase available services.
  • Conduct telephone inquiries to address inquiries and promote membership options.
  • Thoroughly understand, adhere to, and enforce Company policies and procedures relevant
to gym operations.

  • Assume responsibility for developing effective selling skills.
  • Drive sales and maintain proper expectations for Service Upsell, with specific targets for
Studio/On-Demand 30 Day Trial and Personal Training attachments.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing for participation in community events

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Possess excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goaloriented with the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Learn and effectively use the Gold's Gym membership sales system.
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
  • Adequate hearing to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone.
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to any club within our DMV territory.
