Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Utilize IT support tools such as Jira, SCCM, and Remedy for ticket management
  • Assist with network connectivity, DNS, firewall configurations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to endusers
  • Collaborate with other IT teams for problem resolution

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in IT support and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with software and hardware problemsolving
  • Familiarity with Jira, SCCM, Remedy, DNS, and Firewall systems
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with endusers

Job Type:

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour


Experience:


  • Help desk: 1 year (preferred)
Active Directory: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Harrisburg, PA required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Harrisburg, PA 17101: Relocate before starting work (required)
