Job Overview:
Duties:
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Utilize IT support tools such as Jira, SCCM, and Remedy for ticket management
- Assist with network connectivity, DNS, firewall configurations
- Provide exceptional customer service to endusers
- Collaborate with other IT teams for problem resolution
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in IT support and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with software and hardware problemsolving
- Familiarity with Jira, SCCM, Remedy, DNS, and Firewall systems
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with endusers
Job Type:

$ $24.00 per hour

- Help desk: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
