- Repairing, servicing, and maintaining residential heating & air conditioning systems and equipment
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
- Utilizing our mobile app software for everyday operations
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Safety and Health Administration
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
- Assisting with customers' questions
- Residential and customer-facing HVAC experience
- Must have experience in conventional ductless systems & mini splits
- Must be authorized to work in U.S.A.
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Has EPA Universal
- Able towork an on-call rotation
