We are a well established Family Owned real estate firm with over 50 years of experience. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a apartment communities in the Lewiston, ME area.

Responsibilities:

Travel in and around Lewiston is required using our company vehicle. You must have a valid driver's license.

• Oncall services required for emergencies and/or lockouts during nights or weekends
• Participate in all maintenance projects, trash removal and grounds work as needed
• Assist with the apartment turnovers and annual inspections
• Repair various types of doors, windows, floors, appliances, roofs, ceilings and cabinetry
• Provide accurate record keeping of work completed and all required reporting systems

Requirements:

• Two (2) years' experience performing building maintenance and repair work
• Ability to read and understand manuals, and understand building codes
• Familiarity w/carpentry/electrical/plumbing tools
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Must be able to climb and work from ladders

From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
