    Job Title: Senior Director, IOP (Passages) Position Type: Full Time Location: Houston, TX (Montrose Campus) Travel Percentage: <25% Department: Clinical - IOP Reports To: TBD Salary: $95k - $120k, DOE Pay Schedule: Semi-monthly ____________________________________________________________________________Description: If you are looking for an opportunity to make a lasting change in the lives of women with co-occurring substance use disorders (SUD) and mental health conditions, you should consider joining the high performing team of The Women's Home (TWH) as the Senior Director of our new Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) called Passages. This position is responsible for the oversight, development, and implementation of this exciting new strategic project, grounded in the award winning WholeLife Model of Care, developed by TWH. Services include substance use recovery, mental health support, vocational services, case management support, and family support for participants of the Passages program. This position supervises a team of 5-7 professionals who provide direct services, including but not limited to peer support, case management, vocational coaching, and group and individual counseling. This position is responsible for providing leadership, compliance, program outcomes, and budget management for the Passages program. Essential Responsibilities:Program Administration
    • Provide strong leadership and oversight to the IOP team.
    • Hire and train IOP staff. Motivate and inspire the team to drive for results, while upholding the values of The Women's Home (dignity, integrity, stewardship, and holistic growth).
    • Recommend new and/or revised IOP programming as indicated by client needs.
    • Recommend and implement program changes as indicated by clients' needs, best practices, and data-based assessments.
    • Work collaboratively with other program managers to ensure quality and consistency of program areas.
    • Work collaboratively with other program managers to ensure the service calendar is reviewed and updated regularly.
    • Supervise Senior Clinicians/Internship Coordinator and ensure internship programs run effectively following best practices.
    • Responsible for regular review of charts and services to ensure the program complies with all regulations and best practices.
    • Submit monthly reports and other reports as requested.
    • Participate on the agency's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) team.
    • Ensure that all documentation is completed according to licensing requirements.
    • Co-facilitate regular multidisciplinary team meetings.
    • Sign clinical notes as necessary.
    • Attend other meetings as required.
    • Conduct performance reviews as required.
    IOP Services Administration:
    • Assist in formulation and management of program budget.
    • Establish and cultivate community partners and referral sources.
    • Work with other program managers to coordinate services and support.
    • Coordinate and create partnerships to promote change through WholeLife principles.
    • Lead team in fostering collaborations through Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to enhance support for clients and the community.
    • Attend and participate in team meetings for residential, clinical, and IOP staff.
    • Recommend specialty groups and different therapeutic modalities as needed.
    • Coordinate and provide training and supervision to interns assigned to groups and individual therapy cases.
    • Provide direct services as needed.
    • Direct treatment plans and promote continuous quality improvement in collaboration with the rest of the treatment team.
    • Represent TWH at various meetings as requested.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications: Essential Requirements
    • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Substance Use Disorder treatment, or related field.
    • License/Certification in appropriate field (LCSW, LPC); Supervisory license required (S)
    • Ten years clinical experience, specialized in the treatment of SUD and co-occurring mental health disorders.
    • In Depth knowledge of modes of recovery for substance use disorders (MAT, 12 Step, etc.)
    • Five to seven years of experience in leadership, team development, community engagement and good understanding of direct care related to mental health and substance use disorders.
    • Program development and experience working with a multidisciplinary team preferred.
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be highly organized.
