Globe Union Germany is a successful supplier to the DIY market and offers a wide range of bathroom equipment, ceramic products, as well as kitchen and bathroom faucets under the brand Lenz and private labels of trading partners.

The European sales and distribution center is located in Unna. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time.


What to expect:

Planning and coordination of market conversions with the sales, inside sales, purchasing, and logistics teams, including the creation of work instructions internally and for the conversion team based on the display plans.

Checking the conversion orders in coordination with the respective field sales representative. Tracking and checking protocols and organizing follow-up work with the conversion team or field sales representative. Active customer support and advice (phone/email). Introduction of new products/promotions with the relevant departments. Creation of new display plans with our products for the DIY market, including initial stocking quantities/plans and conversion instructions. Creation of item lists and item numbering in Excel. Collecting market data (building blocks per market). Maintenance of existing customer master data as well as input of new customers and changes.
