Join our team as the Regional CX Strategy Manager and make a significant impact on our US AgSolutions business. In this role, you will lead the mid-long term customer experience strategy and drive transformative change across the organization. Reporting to the Regional Senior Manager of Customer Experience, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of the regional CXM roadmap across North America (APN), with a specific focus on integration into the US AgSolutions organization. Additionally, you will take the lead mapping, designing and evolving the end-to-end Retail & Distribution experience journey framework across North America.
With a deep understanding of our target customers, you will leverage customer insights and CX analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and market differentiation, ultimately driving business value for the future. As a subject matter expert in Voice of Customer, Change Management, Journey Management, and Experience Design, you will guide experience improvements across North America.

Developing and implementing the mid-long term APN customer experience strategy and CX roadmap implementation focused on the US Ag business, driving transformative change cross-functionally down to the country level teams.
Maintaining a deep understanding of target customers, leveraging customer insights & CX analytics to identify opportunities for improvement or market differentiation, leading cross-functional efforts for experience improvements across the US Ag business.
APN Regional owner and strategy lead for the end-to-end channel partner customer experience journey and sub-journey framework, process mapping & CX performance measurement for journey analytics across North America.
Providing strategic and operational thought leadership on Customer Experience Management, Journey Management and Voice of Customer Strategy, acting as a subject matter expert.
Providing Change Management guidance on new ways of working (WoW) with CX improvements, collaborating with Commercial Hub Product owners on tool enablement to support to-be experiences.
CX team member for APN Soy/Cotton/Corn Crop System / A+C Connect Solutions, supporting the CX pillar.

A Bachelors Degree, ideally a focus in customer experience, business, or marketing
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in customer oriented commercial or cross functional roles (i.e. sales or marketing) delivering premium customer experiences
Experience leading highly complex, cross functional projects/initiatives
Minimum of 5 years experience leading direct/indirect teams or projects
Relevant experience in Agriculture preferred, but not necessary
Experience in Journey Mapping, Experience design and Customer Experience implementation
Experience with Voice of Customer or Customer Insights strategy & implementation
Change management skills and/or training (Prosci change certified or CX certification - Forrester or CCXP)
