For our Hamburg headquarters in Timberlane, IL, we are seeking a Trainee Marketing (m/w/d) to join our team starting on September 1, 2023.

This 18-month program will prepare you for a fast-paced career in international travel retail, with a focus on online and offline marketing.

Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to work in various marketing departments and gain a comprehensive understanding of our business.

You will also have the chance to take on your own projects and tackle challenges both in Germany and abroad, including at our retail locations and international subsidiaries.

Your role will involve shaping the Traveller Journey in a customer-centric way, planning and implementing marketing measures, and collaborating with other departments.

Requirements:

A university degree with a focus on marketing/media management
Fluent in German and English for international client communication
At least 6 months of relevant practical experience, preferably in marketing through internships or working student positions
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Intercultural competence gained through experience abroad, such as internships or semesters abroad, as well as strong German and English skills
Structured, forwardthinking mindset with practical problem
