What you will do

As part of Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH, you will be the first point of contact for our existing clients and external employees.

Adecco offers you an exciting challenge:

  • You support our clients with questions regarding personnel matters
  • You also acquire new clients and take care of the support and expansion of existing clients
  • You provide targeted advice to clients for filling vacant positions and develop tailor-made solutions together with them - we trust in your persuasive skills and service orientation
  • In addition, you independently manage projects from start to finish, taking into account our service concept, quality standards, and commercial aspects
  • You identify and acquire potential candidates and accompany them throughout the entire process from application management to candidate presentations to hiring and subsequent support
