*Your Role - What to Expect**As part of our New Business team, you will be responsible for the entire onboarding process of new call center service clients
*You will be responsible for creating and tracking offer and contract documents, as well as presentations and calculations
*You will handle telephone and written consultation and support for new and existing customers, prospects, and partners (e.g. contract inquiries, lead requests)
*You will maintain close communication with support departments such as Legal, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Human Resources during the onboarding of new call center clients
*You will assist in preparing sales appointments
