- Conduct soccer sessions for children ages 2 to 8 years old, at various locations across the Maryville area.
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
- Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching/education techniques in every session.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, following all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
- No prior sports/coaching experience required.
- Genuine passion for children and sports.
- Energetic, engaging, responsible, relentless, and scrappy.
- Safety conscious.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2-8. (you must be a child-whisperer)
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Basic level of fitness. Ability to stand, jog, carry equipment, and model childrens soccer skills.
