The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany.

Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking a candidate for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Traffic Service Clerk (m/f/d) at our location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen with DB InfraGO AG.

The vocational school is located in Munich.

What to expect in your apprenticeship:

  • You will assist and advise our customers at the DB Information desk and in the mobile service at train stations.
  • You will gain knowledge about travel offers, service and safety measures.
  • You will learn how to use modern communication and sales systems.
  • You will acquire important basics in customer consultation and support, marketing, and project management.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) school with at least a qualified secondary school leaving certificate.
  • Your German language skills are at least at level B
  • You have good knowledge of foreign languages.
  • You value customer and service orientation.
  • You can remain calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations.
  • You are responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile.
