- Managing a select portfolio of high-end Commercial Lines clients.
- Developing and optimizing departmental workflows and procedures for increased efficiency.
- Working closely with the Director of Commercial Lines to supervise day-to-day operations.
- Identifying growth opportunities such as cross-selling and expanding coverage options.
- Achieving agency goals and performance objectives.
- Improving client service experience and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Creating and analyzing monthly reports to track progress towards departmental goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers.
- Cultivating a positive and productive work environment in the department.
- Providing continuous training for efficient use of agency management systems and carrier websites.
- Participating in staff evaluations and assisting in hiring and training new team members.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
- At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
- An active P & C License.
- Proficiency in Agency Management Systems.
- Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service capabilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
