We are looking for a
Personnel Specialist (m/f/d) for our client in
Waghäusel with a pay rate of
20€/hour.

What we offer:

Your responsibilities:

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely and highquality processing of personnel processes
Participate in HR projects, including digitalization
Advise management, executives, and employees on personnel matters
Work with personnel service providers
Identify talents and manage the entire application process, including onboarding
Collaborate constructively with the works council
Handle labor law issues
Prepare employment contracts and references
Prepare for the annual financial statements
Conduct and monitor performance evaluations and level descriptions

Your profile:

Several years of experience in personnel management, ideally with an IHK certificate as a personnel specialist
Several years of practical experience with proven success in the advertised area of responsibility in a mediumsized manufacturing company
Good knowledge of labor and social security law
Proficient in MS Office and personnel information systems such as Datev and Gfos
Strong communication skills and problemsolving abilities
Experience working with employee representatives is desirable
Handson mentality
