The Emil Frey Ungeheuer Automobile is active in the automotive trade with the brands BMW and MINI at four locations in the southwest of Germany. In addition to vehicle sales, our range of services also includes maintenance and repairs, parts and accessories sales, as well as comprehensive financial and service services. As a company of Emil Frey Germany, we are also part of a strong corporate group that is active nationwide with around 4,800 employees at over 90 locations.

Within the company, we are currently looking for a
Service Assistant (m/f/d) for our location in
Karlsruhe at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

Personal and telephone customer service at the reception
Scheduling of appointments for the workshop and body shop
Independent handling of the rental car business
Preparation of orders for the service department
Trustful cooperation with the sales and service team
Cash responsibility and participation in sales administration

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as an automotive salesperson
Several years of professional experience in the service sector, automotive background is an advantage, but a career change is also possible
Good knowledge of IT, especially in handling MS Office products
Organizational talent, high team and communication skills
Friendly and confident appearance in customer contact
