Lincoln Ford is looking for an experienced Full-Time Automotive Biller/Title Clerk with tremendous room for growth, not to mention an exciting opportunity that could lead to a long career in the automotive industry.

If you are a self-starter who communicates well with others and takes pride in your work, we have a great opportunity for you

Your daily work schedule:

Billing new and used car deliveries, as well as wholesale and swaps.
Process all in transit DMV paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain police book in Verify.
Stocking in vehicles, manage plates and intransit permit orders and ensure inventory is up to date.
Organizes all paperwork in each deal and checks for accuracy and completeness.
Processes payoff checks for tradeins and mails to appropriate financial institution.
Provides administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualities we're looking for:

Experience preferred, with knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, Ignite and Verify, but willing to train the right person.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational, analytical & problemsolving skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
This is for a fulltime position with alternating Saturdays/Sundays.
Reliable and presentable in business attire representing Empire in a professional matter.
You have a strong workethic with the ability to work in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "teamplayer" attitude.
You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
You will operate a clean, organized, presentable workplace with a strong attention to details.
