Specific Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

• Project Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and direct a team of roofing technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure highquality workmanship and compliance with industry standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Material and

Equipment Management:
Coordinate the delivery and allocation of roofing materials and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available for each project.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and providing appropriate training to promote a safe working environment.
• Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the course of the project and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of project details, including daily progress reports, material usage, labor hours, and any changes or modifications to the original project scope.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Proven experience as a site supervisor or foreman in the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of roofing technicians.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on the job site.
• Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with the aptitude to quickly assess and resolve issues.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Detailoriented mindset, with a focus on quality assurance and ensuring work meets industry standards.
• Proficiency in using technology and software tools relevant to the commercial roofing industry.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites as required.
• OSHA 40 required

Annual Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000
