Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this role and a description of the project:

  • Making outbound calls to our high and moderate priority members who might qualify for case management.
  • 60+ Calls a day, work is handed out through excel.
  • 30 new members every day are given and we are expected to make 3 outreached and different times and days within or TAT.
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

  • Engagement rate, Digital Case Management Rate, Unable to Reach Rate, decline rate, Turnaround Time, and Quality.
  • Easiest was to explain is to call 30 new members a day and keep up with the 2nd and third attempts from the days prior, with a goal of getting as many people engaged (sale) as possible.

  • The first day is meet and greet and some virtual learning.

Required Skills/Experience/Education:

2+ years of RECENT High-Volume Call Center Experience in Healthcare/Managed Care/Medical:


  • Strong Typing Skills, Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Multitasking skills. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay:
$25.00 per hour
