We specialize in licensing, designing manufacture and stocking an extensive line of high-quality souvenirs and apparel for over 100 cities and states across the United States and Caribbean.


We are capable of handling all aspects of souvenir production, from the design of merchandise in our in-house design department, to the manufacturing of merchandise by our network of domestic and international manufacturers to the distribution and marketing of our merchandise through our dedicated sales people and retail partners.

City Merchandise is also a full service company with the ability to control the designing, manufacturing, and distribution of products from one central location.

We have an experienced in-house design department with years of experience in the souvenir and apparel industries as well as an extensive and varied set of distribution channels including a network of retailers, sales people and warehouses across the country.


Overview:


We are looking for someone who is looking to grow in their life and their career and is willing to put in the time to make our E-Commerce successful.

Performance based compensation will be tied into the job which leaves lots of room for growth.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, conversion optimization, and e-commerce platforms.


Duties:


  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions
  • Optimize product listings on various ecommerce platforms to improve visibility and sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing, design, and IT to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
  • Manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Create engaging content for product descriptions, blog posts, and social media platforms

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in ecommerce management or related role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools
  • Experience with conversion optimization techniques to improve website performance
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS coding and SQL database queries is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year


Ability to Relocate:

  • Brooklyn, NY 11232: Relocate before starting work (required)
