• Greet and checkin patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both inperson and over the phone
• Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
• Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Assist with billing and payment processing
• Manage patient records and update electronic medical records systems (e.g., Eaglesoft)
• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed

'''Experience'''

• Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
• Strong administrative skills, including data entry, scheduling, and record keeping
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
