HERE YOU WILL WORK:


On behalf of our client, a medium-sized trading company that has been in business for over 45 years and is known for its product quality, among other things, attracting buyers from industries such as shipbuilding, energy supply, and metal and electrical engineering, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for the inside sales department in a direct hire position.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • In your role in inside sales, you will provide sustainable support to existing customers over the phone and generate active sales through comprehensive consultation
  • To strengthen business relationships in the future, you will be available to customers by phone for any questions after the sale has been completed
  • In addition, you will monitor and analyze the market, conduct price comparisons, and create attractive offers for customers
  • You will also handle customer inquiries, enter them into the inventory management system, create clear quotes, and negotiate prices with suppliers if necessary

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • You have completed a commercial education with a focus on sales or order
