Your responsibilities:


As the heart of our company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone and email as part of our commercial Customer Service team.

You will have an overview of orders and delivery dates and be able to confidently answer customer inquiries.


By creating and sending quotes to our customers, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our sales goals.

Through the acceptance, verification, and processing of orders, you will ensure careful and smooth processes.

By documenting customer interactions and maintaining a well-organized database, you will contribute to a process-oriented and efficient teamwork.


Working closely with your team members and other departments such as Sales, Warehouse, Quality Management, and Custom Solutions, you will find solutions for a customer-oriented approach.


Your profile:
You have previous experience in Customer Service and are familiar with customer care.

You are communicative, confident on the phone, and bring a lot of friendliness, reliability, and joy to the table.

You are dedicated, responsible, and enjoy working in a team to provide added value to our customers.

You have experience in customer contact and know how to communicate effectively and turn customer complaints into positive experiences.

You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
