We are seeking a consultant specialized in organizational transformation and change to assist in defining long-term objectives and establishing the necessary processes to reach them. This role involves enhancing efficiency and productivity within public sector entities. As a process improvement consultant, you will evaluate the impact of changes on business operations and design, offering clients a comprehensive view to enhance their practices.

You Have:

  • 1+ year of experience in strategic planning, change management, and facilitation
  • Experience in managing large projects, including events or workshops
  • Ability to create and deliver a persuasive narrative to drive action on critical business decisions and major changes
  • Ability to secure a security clearance
  • Expected to complete a Bachelor's degree by Fall 2024

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Skill in developing presentations and work materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary at Booz Allen is determined by factors like location, education, skills, and experience. The estimated range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 annually. This posting closes within 90 days.
