We are seeking a consultant specialized in organizational transformation and change to assist in defining long-term objectives and establishing the necessary processes to reach them. This role involves enhancing efficiency and productivity within public sector entities. As a process improvement consultant, you will evaluate the impact of changes on business operations and design, offering clients a comprehensive view to enhance their practices.

You Have:

1+ year of experience in strategic planning, change management, and facilitation
Experience in managing large projects, including events or workshops
Ability to create and deliver a persuasive narrative to drive action on critical business decisions and major changes
Ability to secure a security clearance
Expected to complete a Bachelor's degree by Fall 2024

Nice If You Have:

Experience in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Skill in developing presentations and work materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary at Booz Allen is determined by factors like location, education, skills, and experience. The estimated range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 annually. This posting closes within 90 days.
