Schedule Monday - Friday 6:45am - 3:45pm (1 Hour unpaid Lunch 11:45am - 12:45pm)

$ $19.00 depending on experience.

Position Overview:


Join our team as a Cashier and Appointment Setter, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, surrounded by a supportive team dedicated to excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet clients and create a welcoming atmosphere in our dealership.
  • Process cash, credit, and check transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collect warranty payments and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize CDK and Xtime systems for appointment scheduling and service recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the soda machine and uphold the tidiness of the workspace.
  • Schedule service appointments and provide knowledgeable recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Close repair orders and reconcile financial transactions with attention to detail.
  • Uphold the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Complete balance statements and close out the cash till at the end of each day.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in cashiering or customer service roles preferred.
  • Proficiency with CDK and Xtime software is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and processes is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
