    OverviewAs a product marketing manager focused on our SaaS technology, you'll drive awareness, demand, and adoption of products that are solving the world's most complex challenges.

    You will collaborate with other teams to create and execute marketing campaigns including product positioning and messaging, product launches, and go-to market strategies, all while working for a company that is committed to science, sustainability, community, education, research, and positive changeResponsibilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with product management, product engineering, product development, global business development, and corporate marketingSpearhead the communication strategy for crucial changes in product functionality, lifecycle, and pricing, both internally and externallyLead, coordinate, and execute global product release activities, internal communications, and multi-channel enablementCollaborate with product management and engineering teams to distill key features and capabilities into messages that drive global awareness and adoptionCraft and develop materials to educate prospects and users; including web pages, emails, videos, case studies, press releases, and product resourcesUnderstand user and buyer persona needs to create personas, positioning, and value-based messaging for products in your portfolioProvide insight into competitive capabilitiesDevelop and monitor Key Performance Indicators to measure product performance and usageRequirements2+ years of experience in product, industry, or corporate marketing; communications; business development; consulting; or similar fieldProven verbal and written communications skills; ability to understand and convey technical information in a non-technical mannerStrong interpersonal skills and thrives in a cross-functional team environmentExperience with marketing technology and common marketing conceptsStrong project management and problem-solving skills with previous experience leading programs or highly visible projectsAbility to exercise good judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actionSelf-starter, detail and task-oriented; able to successfully manage multiple priorities with guidance from leadershipAbility to travel 10-20% of the time for strategic meetings, events and/or tradeshowsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldRecommended QualificationsDemonstrated ability in releasing and growing innovative technology productsExperience with cloud and data center infrastructure technologiesExperience communicating and presenting to senior leadership to drive alignment and influence recommendations and trade-offsExperience using GIS applicationsMaster's degree (MBA and/or a computer science, engineering, technology background)#LI-DV2#LI-HybridTotal RewardsEsri's competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

    Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy.

    Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
