Join our Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Independent Contractor
We are on the lookout for an independent, motivated Certified Nursing Assistant contractor who shares our values to work alongside us. As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for handling assigned tasks with minimal supervision, as well as taking care of your tax obligations on time. Your main role will involve providing routine healthcare services to patients in their homes.
To excel in this role, you must have top-notch communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A stellar Independent Contractor will consistently deliver high-quality work without constant oversight.
Key Responsibilities
As a CNA Contractor, you will be assisting patients in their homes with various daily activities under the guidance of the RN Case Manager. These activities encompass everything from daily living tasks to mobility assistance and medication management, tailored to each patient's Care Plan. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of experience, empathy, and a comprehensive understanding of home healthcare.
