- Identifies opportunities and uses effective approaches to consult with the patient in assisting them with choosing a course of action and development of appropriate solutions for their aesthetic needs.
- Uses their clinical knowledge of aesthetics, cosmetic fillers, neurotoxins and other injectables to build their patient following.
- Uses their intuitive interpersonal skills along with a positive mindset to engage the patient
- Maintains patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy
- Administers treatments in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Able to perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including, but not limited to chemical peels, CoolSculpting, microneedling, and injections.
- Recommends various treatments and skin regimens based on patient consultation
- Pursue opportunities to educate patients on additional treatments and services
- Educate patients on all treatment processes including pre and post treatment care guidelines
- Detailed in their charting and clinical documentation of each patient
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances quality of service and care offered to patients
- Maintains a professional and neat appearance that adheres to the company dress code
- Attends in house trainings and assists with company cosmetic events
- Assists with maintaining appropriate inventory levels and notifies management when inventory is low
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms in between each patient
- Establish and maintain rapport with patients in order to ensure patient satisfaction
- Assists with clinical procedures as needed.
- Ensure safety of patients at all times when performing treatments
- Knowledgeable of various aesthetic services and skin care products
- Must have sound judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of current trends and aesthetic treatments
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse License
- At least 2-years Aesthetics experience (preferred)
- Proven Sales Experience
- Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software programs (MS office, excel, etc.)
- Must maintain yearly Continued Education and stay current on product lines & services.

This position will float between our Mayfield Heights and Concord locations.
