Chicago Law Firm looking for motivated associate with 2-6 years' experience as an attorney handling state and federal tax controversy matters, estate planning, general business law and transactional matters.

Our law firm currently has 11 attorneys.

Direct client contact available with an opportunity to work under the guidance of some of Chicago's leading tax controversy and business attorneys.

Responsibilities:


  • Draft legal documents such as operating agreements, contracts, wills and trusts.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Advise clients on business legal matters.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Keep up to date with changes in the law.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Work location:
Remote/In-Person in Chicago, IL


Pay:
$90, $130,000.00 per year
