WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU
Not only craftsmanship, but also a sense for colors, shapes and fabrics are important.

What makes theater special is the creation of very diverse and often historical costumes that can transport the audience into a completely different world.

TRAINING INFORMATION
Stage is set for creativity

The Pforzheim Theater is a multi-genre house.

It offers performances of musical theater, such as opera and musicals, drama and ballet, as well as children's and youth theater.

The house with several venues is considered the central and most important cultural institution for the city of Pforzheim and its region.

In addition, plays are also shown outside the theater as guest performances in other houses and schools.

The theater is a particularly interesting and varied workplace. All employees in front of and behind the scenes are personally involved in the success of a performance. The great variety of different participants provides new impulses every day.

At the city theater, all stage costumes including headwear are made according to the designs of the costume designers. Various tailoring techniques are taught.
