We are seeking an Assistant Manager IT Service Delivery is responsible for supporting and enhancing the current company IT infrastructure and communications. Responsible for the IT Infrastructure and IT Service management for the entire ESI U.S Sites including deployment support and ongoing administration of servers workstations network infrastructure communications security system services Interface directly with all ESI U.S leaders and departmental managers to define articulate IT requirements for each functional area including systems integration workflow processes business solutions This position has a significant impact in all areas of the business unit ensuring that mission critical production services applications are provided in a timely efficient manner Function as liaison between IT Business Stakeholders Users Implement technology upgrades deliver infrastructure projects region Maintain inventory all IT assets services hardware & applications sites responsibility Provide local end-user support when remote support not possible Drive standardization consolidation infrastructure components respective region leveraging cloud computing possible Participate evaluating selecting implementation infrastructure technology required support critical business applications such as ERP Hyperion Europe geography Devise creative solutions server storage infrastructure end-user computing Function internal consultant expertise around areas Resolves technical network communications issues Assist train users work users ensure full adoption supported tools processes Create documentation process steps trainingJob description
