To support our team at the AWO Kinderhaus in Stöckelsberg, we are looking for a part-time
Child Care Worker (m/f/d) to start on
September 1, 2023.


Job Description:


  • Caring for and promoting kindergarten children together with your team based on our pedagogical concept.
  • Planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting all professional and pedagogical measures.
  • Establishing a partnership with parents and providing guidance.
  • Internal and external networking.
  • Orienting yourself towards the mission statement and principles of the AWO.

Your qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training as a child care worker or a comparable degree.
  • Enthusiasm and personal commitment for your profession.
  • Flexible and creative approach to the demands of everyday life in a daycare setting.
  • Respectful and polite communication with children, parents, colleagues, and superiors.
