The Sr Facilities Manager will manage multiple sites including Windor Cheshire Farmington providing formal supervision to employees tracking their training development conducting performance evaluations coaching overseeing recruiting hiring new employees coordinating managing daily activities establishing work schedules assigning tasks cross-training staff setting tracking deadlines mentoring coaching as needed
