About Us:

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, shrub pruning, and weed control
  • Assist with Spring, Summer & Fall Cleanups
- be willing to support in landscaping tasks if required

  • Required presence for snow removal during winter and flexibility for snow and ice events
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to current and potential clients
  • Keep the assigned truck and equipment clean
  • Maintain a professional image
  • Offer help in equipment maintenance
  • Carry out other duties as necessary to achieve department goals
  • Submit daily and weekly reports
  • Be available to work from 6am for shifts up to 10 hours
    Monday
  • Friday Work hours end once tasks are done. Moreover, **Fridays are determined by the Operations manager.
  • Team leaders will arrive early to prepare for the day
  • As a Team Leader, ensure all properties meet the Reinhart standards before leaving
  • Maintain a tidy, neat, and articulate appearance
  • Demonstrate high motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Dress Code

  • We maintain a professional dress code, and uniforms (shirts, hats, sweatshirts) are provided and must be worn at all times
