    Event Services Assistant (ESA)
    Summary

    Summer Position:
    April 26-Beginning of August, Seasonal Temporary Position
    Supports Event Services Summer Rental Program while cultivating professional skills and
    collaborating with multiple campus departments.

    Job Description


    • Provide excellent customer service to summer rental clients through hands-on
    experience dealing with various aspects of events


    • Work in a learning environment where you can polish your leadership skills, office skills,
    and interpersonal skills


    • Engage with campus rental clients and serve as a project manager
    • Set up/strike tables, chairs, and other equipment regarding event needs
    • Respond to rental requests as required
    • Do your part to create a team atmosphere where the SEU mission is evident to other
    team members and to our rental clients
