    Sodexo is looking for Food Service Managers for several locations nationwide such as Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Texas, and Wyoming in our Campus Segment. We are searching for individuals willing to travel and potentially relocate to one of these states as per operational requirements.

    Key Duties

    • Maintains and builds client relationships and ensures customer satisfaction.
    • Establishes and upholds a secure work environment.
    • Supervises daily work operations by delegating authority, assigning tasks, and monitoring standards.
    • Utilizes Sodexo resources and programs to meet operational standards and regulatory requirements, providing employees with necessary tools and supplies.
    • Manages through positive feedback to employees, fostering a culture of recognition, coaching, correction, and motivation to enhance employee engagement.
    • Possesses a solid background in safety and sanitation compliance.

    • Have experience in culinary production and a robust understanding of safety and sanitation compliance;

    • Can prioritize tasks, show flexibility in assuming additional responsibilities as necessary; and/or
    • Display proficiency in the Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC), possess strong computer skills, and have experience in report management.
