- Successful operation of this area of the laboratory operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- Responsibilities include effective selection and management of supervisory personnel technical personnel and customer service personnel.
- Responsible for the financial management of expenses and labor quality assurance/CQI regulatory affairs training and education of staff and development of an excellent customer service center.
