POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Spine Division's marketing efforts.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on management experience in the medical device industry, specifically focused on spine products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing spine products, managing a team and a proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
This is an opportunity to join a company who is dedicated to launching life changing, world renowned products into the market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and market share for our spine products.
Lead cross-functional teams to plan and implement product launches, including coordinating with R&D, sales, and clinical teams.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the spine market.
Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and sales tools, to support sales efforts.
Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather insights and develop educational programs and materials.
Manage the marketing budget for the spine division, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Oversee the organization of events, conferences, and workshops to promote our spine products and educate customers.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in spine technology to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on spine products.
Strong understanding of the spine market landscape, including key competitors, customer needs, and market dynamics.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 20-30%).
