To strengthen our team at our refrigerated logistics center in Mücke, we are currently looking for a

Warehouse Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities

Management of warehouse staff (shift and daily planning, training, further education)
Planning, control and optimization of logistical processes in daytoday operations, taking into account quality standards (HACCP, ISO, IFS, QS) and individual customer requirements
Planning and management of temporary staff
Temporary support in operational warehouse business
Planning, management and execution of regular inventories and monitoring of inventory levels
Determination of short and longterm staffing needs
Interface to internal departments (expedition, quality management, technology)
Conducting and documenting employee discussions
Organizing the training of new employees
Monitoring compliance with work regulations
