As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a track builder with qualification as a foreman (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at the locations Berlin, Hamburg, Magdeburg or Neustrelitz.
The qualification takes place full-time (39 hours / week) and lasts about 4 weeks. After successful training, you will be employed as a foreman.
Your tasks:
  • Professionally instructing and leading the assigned employees in the construction team
  • Instructing the assigned personnel in accordance with the guidelines and occupational safety in consultation with the respective supervisors
  • Ensuring compliance with the applicable accident prevention regulations on the construction site and ensuring the most effective organizational and results-oriented implementation of construction projects
  • Supporting your construction team through skilled work in track construction
  • Complying with deadlines, quality and cost specifications
Your profile:
  • Successfully completed apprenticeship in a recognized construction industry profession and one year of relevant professional experience
  • To obtain the title of foreman, you bring commitment and willingness to learn
  • Irregular working hours, frequent weekend
