    Description

    Boutique Condominium Association on South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, seeks a full-time onsite licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM). CAM will be responsible for leading the entire on-site operation. The ideal candidate will be "hands-on" and responsible for managing property operations, including general administration, budgeting, expense control, financial planning, enforcement of rules and regulations, mechanical systems, and general upkeep of the property, utilizing a keen eye for detail.

    Requirements:

    · Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM)

    · Strong customer service skills

    · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    · Proficient computer skills

    · Valid Florida driver's license

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    · Provide management and leadership to property

    · Follow all building policies and procedures, bylaws, declaration, rules, and regulations

    · Manage all functions of the property team while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel

    · Solid comprehension and experience with Milestone Inspection, SIRS, Reserve Funding and SB-4D

    · Act as a liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, that Board expectations are met and to assist in prompt response and resolution to questions/problems

    · Conduct site inspections regularly, identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans to improve property

    · Maintain and oversee maintenance schedule for building and grounds

    · Oversee all construction projects and ensure property maintenance/improvement and other projects are completed on time and within budget

    · Review reserve required repairs and replacements, take bids and schedule work

    · Create, maintain, and manage a wide variety of information including but not limited to work orders, signed meeting minutes, and Monthly Manager Report

    · Review assist, and resolve all homeowner requests and concerns

    · Attend all Board of Director meetings

    · Prepare and present the annual budget

    · Review monthly financial statements, make necessary adjustments to keep within budget

    · Maintain files, records and communications as required

    Education and/or Experience

    · 3+ years of licensed CAM experience

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
    • Must be Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
    • Critical thinking, problem-solving, good judgment, and decision-making abilities are necessary
    • Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
    • Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines
    • Able to communicate effectively and professionally on phone, email, and in-person
    • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information

    · Knowledge and ability to apply Florida Statutes and Community documents

    Schedule:

    Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

    Nights/weekends as required

    Compensation: $90,0000 - $110,000
