Description
Strike USA is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter in the Spring, Texas area.

This is a contract role with a planned contract duration of 6 months plus, which could lead to a full time permanent position.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the Talent Acquisition team to provide full cycle recruiting support, including development creation and approval of job requisitions.
  • Will need to effectively manage a workload of multiple requisitions at different stages of the recruiting process, while maintaining active communication and proactive support to hiring managers.

Requirements:


  • 3+ plus years of full cycle recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems.

Experience in working for or supporting recruiting in oil, gas, energy, and infrastructure markets._


Pay:
$50, $59,720.00 per year


Experience level:

  • 2 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
