    Scientist Downstream Protein Purification Process Development Research U-HPLC ELISA qPCR Bioreactor Chromatography mAbs Lenti mRNA DNA AAVs Recombinant Protein _ .

    Seeking an experienced Process Development Engineer to lead downstream biologic production process development, optimization, validation, and scale up from R&D to pilot phase.



    The Job:
    *
    • Perform protein and virus purification utilizing NFF & TFF filtration, centrifugation, and chromatography techniques.
    *
    • Characterize purified proteins and viruses using HPLC, UV-VIS, Western Blot, SDS-PAGE, or similar analytical techniques.
    *
    • Develop and validate process scale up protocols and author SOP's for pilot scale scientists.

    Desired Experience:
    *** 4+ years of Downstream Process Development, cGMP Manufacturing, Vaccine Production, or similar experience.
