• Coordinate detailing services to ensure efficiency and quality, aligning with customer specifications.

• Assign detailing tasks efficiently to maximize productivity and meet project timelines.
• Oversee detailing work outsourced to vendors, ensuring superior quality.
• Ensure smooth communication between detailers and clients, facilitating timely delivery and effective problem resolution.
• Manage contract adjustments and collaborate with sales personnel for precise customer billing.
• Address customer backcharges and negotiate settlements to prevent future disputes.
• Stay updated on technological advancements in detailing techniques and requirements.
• Produce reports as required by management.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of CRSI and the Manual of Standard Practice
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Division Director.

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the construction or fabrication industry.
• Indepth knowledge of CRSI standards and rebar detailing.
• Ability to perform basic math and engineering calculations.
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technological proficiency relevant to the field.
