- Responsible for coaching and developing team members, including setting performance goals and objectives
- Conduct performance evaluations for employees, address employee issues, and deliver corrective action as needed
- Assist with the hiring and training of new employees
- Assist the team during high volume call times and peak season
- Communicate policy updates to employees through team meetings
- Document all coaching/development sessions in a timely manner
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including daily administrative duties such as timecard administration and payroll, as required
- Manage escalated customer issues and work directly with customers to bring about resolution in a timely and efficient manner
- Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required
- 2-5 years Customer Service/Call Center/Dispatch?experience?
- Minimum?one?year?of?management or supervisory experience; call center?or?dispatch experience preferred?
- Demonstrate?coaching and counseling skills used to effectively develop all employees; influence and change individual behavior and assist employees?to?achieve a high level of success and productiveness?
- Leadership skills to effectively develop, lead, inspire and?motivate a high performing team?
- Effective problem solving/process improvement skills used to identify and resolve day-to-day operation?and employee relations problems?
- Detail oriented, organizational, prioritization and time management skills; experience building daily/weekly structure in schedules?
- Takes a proactive role in bringing?about change, applying new ways to develop the business through improved management of people and processes?
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and performance requirements?
