We are currently looking for a

Event Management Dispatcher (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:

Receiving, coordinating and recording equipment requests
Creating order confirmations
Arranging invoicing after completed events
Continuous maintenance of equipment inventory in the system
Training of field staff in the IT system
Participation in the development of new products in the event sector (sales trucks, counters, etc.)
Coordination and booking of trainings for the trade fair team

Your profile:

Successfully completed vocational training (ideally as a freight forwarder)
Good MS Office skills
Good technical understanding in working with relevant software programs (SAP, Festival, etc.)
High sense of responsibility
Organizational and planning skills
Communication skills and assertiveness
Serviceoriented, careful and independent work
Teamwork skills
