In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Provide support to sign shop via entry of orders into Quickbooks and processing of related paperwork. Maintain production log to track orders in progress; manage production flow prioritizing orders when needed and insuring daily workload is manageable.
• Review MUTCD specifications for orders and quotes.
• Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding product features, pricing, and availability
• Process orders, payments, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes
• Perform data entry tasks to input customer information accurately
• Attend trade shows in an effort to increase brand recognition and sales activity
• Outside of trade shows, responsibilities include only inhouse shop activity

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years management experience a plus
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and coaching skills
• Excellent motivation and organizational skills
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office products and/or inhouse and customer relationship management systems
• Work Environment;
• Must have the ability to develop, foster and manage relationships
• Must adhere to and promote safe workplace practices
• Must maintain a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record void of suspension or revocation
